Community Guidelines

Welcome to Gotalks. Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and respectful environment for everyone. By using our service, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Violations can result in immediate disconnection and/or a ban from the service.

Treat everyone you interact with dignity and respect. Do not engage in hate speech, bullying, harassment, or any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal attribute.

2. Keep It Legal

Do not use our service to conduct or promote any illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing illegal content, soliciting illegal acts, or discussing self-harm or harm to others.

3. No Nudity or Sexually Explicit Content

Our platform is not for sexual content. Do not display nudity, engage in sexual acts, or solicit sexual activity. Our automated moderation systems are designed to detect and block this content, and users who violate this rule will be banned.

4. No Threats or Violent Content

Do not make threats of violence against others or display graphic violence. Glorifying violence or self-harm is strictly forbidden.

5. Protect Your Privacy

For your own safety, do not share personally identifiable information (PII) such as your full name, home address, phone number, social media accounts, or financial information. Be cautious if others ask you for personal details.

6. No Spam or Solicitation

Do not use our service to spam other users, promote commercial products or services, or solicit users for any reason. This includes repeatedly sending the same message or using automated bots.

7. Report Violations

If you encounter a user who is violating these guidelines, please use the "Report" button immediately. Providing a clear and accurate report helps us take action quickly and keeps the community safe for everyone.

Consequences of Violations

We take violations of our guidelines seriously. Depending on the severity of the offense, consequences may include a warning, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban from using our services. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required to do so.
