  • Easy Reporting: Every chat has a visible "Report" button. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can immediately send a report to our moderation team.

Moderation Policy

Our moderation process is designed to be fair and swift:

  1. Automated Detection: If our AI systems detect a high probability of a policy violation, the offending user may be disconnected or banned.
  2. User Reports: When you submit a report, it is sent to our moderation queue. Reports are reviewed to identify patterns of abuse and to improve our automated systems.
  3. Enforcement Actions: Violations can result in a range of actions, from a warning to a temporary or permanent ban from the service. The severity of the action depends on the nature of the violation.

How to Report Abuse

If another user makes you feel unsafe or violates our guidelines:

  3. Submit the report.
